The service was pretty standard, but the food was underwhelming and overpriced. However, I highly recommend going just to get their onion rings. I would give away my first two children to eat those onion rings whenever I wanted. (My husband, however, would only give away one.)

Warm and bubbly atmosphere. The food was superb, a must go.

Always a great place to go for outstanding food. We ate on the G Spot side and had amazing food prepared for us. John still runs one of the best in Yakima County. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat good food :o)

When visiting Yakima from Atlanta we always make it a point to dine at Gasperetti’s. The staff is professional, warm, and welcoming. My biggest disappointment is not being able to go their more often since they have so many entrées that I love. On my next visit – will it be the pan-fried oysters or John’s combination plate? If your travels take you to Yakima, you should definitely visit Gasperetti’s.

I had the Italian dinner. Penne and meatballs, lemon vinaigrette side salad, and spumoni. It was decent, but at $25, you can do far better in Yakima. It was decent.

My family went here for a dinner with out of town family and it was awesome. The food was delicious and cooked the way we asked, which is saying something. I cannot remember our waiters name but he did great, the whole staff worked tirelessly to make our visit memorable.

A little pricey but a really nice atmosphere and the drinks were great.

Looking for a new, but special place to celebrate a special birthday, we descended on Gasparetti’s. What a delightful surprise and one we will never forget. Summary - incredible and caring staff, knowledgeable and on top of everything. Food was phenomenal, delicious , and varied. The pasta lovers in the group lived the ‘build your own’ feature...choose a pasta , choose from about ten delicious and varied sauces, add on crab or chicken, or.... Hard to find so keep your eyes peeled. Plenty of easy parking front, sides and back. We shall return!

Gasperetti's is a 50 year old institution in Yakima. Located in a non-descript building on the wrong side of town, the inside is very much like eating in your best friends' grandparents home. It's clean, just the right amount of light, and well apportioned.The service is friendly and professional, the food is fresh and abundant, and looks great on the plate. The giardiniera is house made and authentic, and plenty as an appetizer for four.Our party ordered the chicken special, the fish special, and a nice bowl of ravioli with meat sauce. The specials were beautifully seared and plated. Ravioli was fine, and the house made sauce was great.For a Wednesday night, we were all surprised by how busy the room was. Also, it seemed like everybody knew somebody. Gasperetti's is a wonderful find for me, a visitor to Yakima, and I promise, a great new tradition for anyone who has not yet enjoyed this great spot.

Gasperetti's is a fabulous! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the setting is comfortable and elegant and the food is too notch! I had the Linguini with their Gorgonzola Pecan sauce with a meatball. It was so good!!! Paired it with a Champagne Cocktail.

Awesome onion rings. The Caesar Salad is perfectly balanced...lettuce, chicken, croutons and cheese.

We had the best anniversary dinner of all time...pan-fried Olympia oysters, and tenderloin of pork with pear chutney. They brought us a special anniversary tiramisu. It seemed that our server was there just for us. We were well served. Recommended for a special time...or ant time for that matter. We will definitely go back.

Easily my favorite restaurant in Yakima, WA hands down! The atmosphere is very inviting with multiple rooms to fit every occasion! Whether your looking for a place to go and have a few cocktails with friends, a romantic candlelit dinner or a business lunch I would highly recommend Gasperetti’s! Thanks John! 😃

I enjoyed dining here. I love authentic Italian. My main dish was pretty good but definitely too salty. The portion was just right. I was offered Parmesan but it seemed like it was probably from a can, though I’m not sure. Given the fanciness, I would have thought they would shred it over your food like Olive Garden, which is definitely not authentic. Our service was lacking. We waited for the server to take our drink orders and then to take our food orders and then to get our food. The server never checked back after our food was brought out. She just brought the check. The manager came around and collected our plates. I don’t think he realized he was far more friendly and attentive then his own server. I would still give this place a second chance. It has the potential for a five.

The food was great and I had a long island ice tea with a splash of cranberry which was different. It give that old supper club feel and the staff is very friendly. The service was great.
